Call To Action

Welcome To Beth H. Riccardo Real Estate

If we are going to work together, I want you to know a little bit about me. I am a second-generation realtor, going with my dad to show houses when I was 10. I was raised in Lock Haven and moved away for college and work, returning to settle in with my family in 1993. I just celebrated 30 years in the business. My oldest son, Wilson, has joined the business, and we work together as a team! We love historic homes and places and focus on selling homes in Clinton, Centre, and Lycoming counties. My family enjoys the wonderful nature in our area, so if you are looking for a recreational home we may be a good fit for you! Interested in rental properties or commercial real estate? We can help with that too. Relocating? Let us show you around first. We welcome your calls and questions. Welcome home!
